Join ArtTable to hear insights from leaders of pivotal institutions speak about the future of contemporary glass and how an age old tradition shrouded in magic and mystery remains competitive in the 21st century and beyond.

We welcome Kathleen V. Jameson, Ph.D. (President & CEO at The Mint Museum, Charlotte); Cybele Maylone (Executive Director at Urban Glass, Brooklyn); Susan Warner (Executive Director/Curator at Museum of Glass, Tacoma), Joanna Sikes (former Director of External Affairs at Museum of Glass, Tacoma and Past Director at The Chihuly Studio, Seattle), and Charlotte Potter (Programming Director and Glass Studio Manager at Chrysler Museum, Norfolk) to the panel.   Deborah Randolph (Director of Education at Southeastern Center for Contemporary Art, Winston-Salem) will facilitate the panel.

NEW VISIONS/NEW VOICES is presented in collaboration with The Mint Museum and the Founders’ Circle, Ltd. In celebration of the exhibition "Fired Up: Contemporary Glass by Women Artists from the Toledo Museum of Art," on view at Mint Museum Uptown through February 26, 2017.
