DESCRIPTION:2pm PT / 3pm MT / 4pm CT / 5pm ET\nAt its inception\, ArtTable was a driving force for gender parity in the arts – creating community\, driving policy change\, and building a network of resources for women to forge a confident and unquestioned place as leaders in the art world. At the core of our mission\, we aim to advance the leadership of women in the visual arts by expanding opportunities for women from diverse backgrounds and at all stages of their careers. It is with our mission in mind that we have outlined an action plan for ensuring that diversity\, equity\, inclusion\, and accessibility remain at the center of our organization. \nWe invite you all to read our proposal for furthering the key ideas of diversity\, equity\, inclusion\, and accessibility in our organization. We hope to gather feedback on the action plan at a series of Talk Backs which aim to gather community feedback and answer any questions you all may have. This first Talk Back will focus on the Leadership portions of the action plan.
