Her deep knowledge of professional practices within the art world informs her work with artists\, art fairs\, auctions houses\, collectors\, consultants\, estates\, and galleries.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFran Zeman\, FASA\, is director of Appraisal Resource Associates Inc.\, an internationally recognized firm specializing in fine and decorative art valuation. She is renowned for scholarly appraisal reports on major artists – including Thiebaud\, de Kooning\, and Diego Rivera – which are held in both public and private collections. Her deep research insightful analysis\, and nuanced understanding of value in a complex art market make her a trusted authority among clients and peers alike.

Tess was chosen as a 2024 honoree for the Boston Business Journal’s annual 40 Under 40. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMarguerite Wynter is an arts administrator and curator whose work focuses on the intersection of community and public engagement. Outside her role as the Director of Partnership + Engagement at the Boston Public Art Triennial\, she consults with Deem Journal on their annual Designing for Dignity Symposium. Previously\, she was the Public Programs & Partnerships Manager at the Chicago Architecture Biennial and held curatorial roles at the Museum of Contemporary Art\, Chicago\, and the 80WSE Gallery.
