Delphine Daniels

Delphine Daniels is an accomplished business development and marketing professional who
brings over two decades of experience in cultivating strategic partnerships and driving
organizational growth within the design and construction sector. In 2024, she founded Liminal
Projects, a business consultancy that bridges the gap between strategic vision and execution
within the architecture, design, and construction industry.

Before founding Liminal Projects, she built a diverse network while leading business
development and marketing initiatives in architecture, owner’s representation, and construction
management firms.

With a background in art and architectural history, Delphine brings her passion for photography,
art, and design to cultural, institutional and mission-driven projects. Before joining the AEC
industry, she held positions at The Museum of Modern Art, MoMA PS1, and The Metropolitan
Museum of Art.

Delphine earned her undergraduate degree in art and architectural history from the University of
Washington and holds a Master of Philosophy in contemporary art and architectural history from
the City University of New York. She actively participates in industry organizations, including
ArtTable (Board Member), Urban Design Forum, and the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
