Drawing from Noh's experience as a cultural policy researcher, editor-in-chief of DOMA magazine, and recent contributor to ENCATC Magazine on “The Seoul Algorithm,” Noh will unpack how AI is reshaping authorship, ethics, and power dynamics in the arts.
