Reno, NV | 2026 Art + Environment Summit: Under Pressure
The Summit is a gathering for the planet -- artists, writers, thinkers, designers, and Indigenous leaders examining vital possibilities for creating a sustainable and regenerative future. Three days of conversation, bold proposals, and wide-ranging perspectives from a lineup including Andrea Bowers, Johanna Burton, Carolina Caycedo, LaToya Ruby Frazier, Jeffrey Gibson, Bernie Krause, Margaret Levi, Cannupa Hanska Luger, Kim Stanley Robinson and Rose B. Simpson make up the program.
Potomac, MD | Curator-Led Tour of “Andrea Bowers” with Nora Cafritz & Annie Farrar
The exhibition, which includes more than 40 works, including a broad selection from Glenstone’s collection alongside important loans from the artist, peer institutions, and private collectors, is one of the largest presentations of Bowers’ work to date. Tracing a history of activism that interweaves ecological concerns with the fight for bodily autonomy, the exhibition includes works that reference several generations of intersectional activists.
