Washington, DC | BreakfastTable with Caroline Mariz
October 12, 2023 | 8:00 am – 9:00 am

Join ArtTable’s DC Chapter in October for BreakfastTable with Caroline Mariz, Director of the Cultural Exchange Programs at International Arts & Artists! Caroline will offer insights into her experience providing exchange opportunities and J-1 visa facilitation for students, professionals, artists, and researchers from around the world participating in programs across the United States. In her role at IA&A Caroline works closely with the State Department, American museums, art institutions, cultural organizations, and design firms. Her work demonstrates a career path for women and nonbinary arts professionals; and how one can work directly with arts institutions, art professionals, and the State Department. Mariz will provide a different lens into what it means to create cross-cultural connections while supporting international artists in concrete ways.
